Chris Ryan’s brand new 2022 release, “Let’s See What This Thing Can Do” is a classic country rocker with all the ingredients of a modern country hit …..trucks, guitars & falling in love ! Chris co-wrote the song with long time songwriting partner, producer and multiple ECMA nominee Chris Kirby.

Coming off the success of his last single “Less of a Stranger” (Top 70 in Canada), 2022 has seen Chris back on the road touring in Canada, including multiple performances at Cavendish Beach Music Festival.

Since the release of his self titled debut album, Chris has caught the attention of the East Coast music industry, performing at the ECMAs and Music Newfoundland & Labrador Week, along with receiving multiple nominations, including "Country Recording of the Year" & "Songwriter of the Year".

Chris was an East semi-finalist in the 2018 SiriusXM - CCMA "Top of the Country" Project, participated in the 2019 edition of the Canadian Song Conference's "Canadian Songwriter Challenge" and toured with Sierra Noble opening for Johnny Reid across Canada in 2019. His first four singles "Last Forever" (2018), “Slow Down” (2019), “I Ain’t Mad” (2020) and “Less of a Stranger” (2021) all peaked in the 70's on the BDS & TRAX Canadian Country charts, were added to the SiriusXM Country & Stingray Hot Country channels and included on multiple Apple Music and Spotify editorial playlists.
